At Sixteen Eleven Studios, it’s our main priority to ensure a seamless and fantastic event or production with 5 star service by our staff. Whether you’re looking to host a photoshoot, workshop, multiple day pop up or event, we have you covered.

When it comes to events, we offer a couple of different packages:

WEEKEND RATES

HOURS OF OPERATION
Friday - Saturday, 6pm - 2am

BYOB – NOT FOR PROFIT/PRIVATE EVENT (FRI/SAT)
0 - 30 Guests $150/HR | 30 - 60 guests $175/HR 

  • You bring your own alcohol, mixers, glassware (or rent our glassware for $50) and garnishes

  • You handle SOP licensing and bar setup (must attain a private SOP and purchase all alcohol under that SOP) 

  • Host included or upgrade to bartender for $100 

  • 15% discount on 8 hour booking

BYOB – FOR-PROFIT/TICKETED EVENT (FRI/SAT)
0 - 30 Guests $175/HR | 30 - 60 guests $200/HR 

  • You bring your own alcohol, mixers, glassware (or rent our glassware for $50) and garnishes

  • You handle SOP licensing and bar setup (must attain a public SOP and purchase all alcohol under that SOP - please refer to public SOP AGCO rules) 

  • Host included or upgrade to bartender for $100

FULL-SERVICE BAR PACKAGE - FRI/SAT 
35 - 60 Guests $200/HR ($2000 min bar spend)

  • 1 bartender included and 1 host included

  • 1 person drinks for FREE all night long (if it's a co-hosted event, you can add one other person for $100)

  • Your guests purchase drinks from our lovely cocktail menu (including a signature cocktail named for your event by you)

  • We handle SOP licensing, liquor purchasing, and keep bar sales

  • Food welcome and mandatory with alcohol service (no additional fee)

  • Capacity: 60 

BUYOUT – FULL SERVICE BAR EXPERIENCE (OPEN BAR) - FRI/SAT
0 - 35 Guests $4,500 | 35 - 60 Guests $5,500

  • Exclusive use of the full space for the evening

  • Complimentary full-service bar featuring craft cocktails

  • Professional staff to handle everything seamlessly

  • All fees covered and  no hidden costs

  • 3 hours of venue access to setup/teardown

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you cancel prior to 1 month you will receive a full refund other than the security deposit. If you cancel within 1 month you will receive 50% back.

FAQ’s

  • Can I bring in food? Yes, at no additional cost

  • Do you have a kitchen? No, however we’ve had many dinner parties where chefs work in the bar area, bring in hot plates and anything necessary to make it work

  • Can the furniture be moved out of the space? No, it’s been curated specifically for the space

  • Does the space come with furniture? Yes

  • Am I allowed to hang stuff on the walls? Yes, using painters tape only (no holes - any damages will come off the security deposit)
